Meet Kimberly D. Caldwell the Founder/CEO, a passionate advocate for second chances and societal reintegration. With a background in Social Work and Mental health Services, Kimberly Caldwell has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christian Counseling/Social Work from Texas Seminary Christian University (TSCU).
Kimberly a Fort Worth Native founded Jewel's Comfort Keeper Inc., in June of 2019. With a mission to foster an environment where those who have been previously convicted and
incarcerated, can be reintegrated back into their community while receiving the necessary support and charity, to become successful members of society through the values of service, care, respect, responsibility and faith.
Having witnessed first-hand the challenges faced by returning citizens, Kimberly is dedicated to breaking down barriers to successful reentry. Through innovative programs and strategic partnerships, Jewel's comfort Keeper Inc., provides comprehensive support, including job training, housing assistance, mentorship, and access to essential services.
Driven by the passion of an incarcerated brother, and a vision of a society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, Kimberly leads Jewel's Comfort Keeper Inc., with empathy, determination, and a commitment to social justice by empowering individuals transitioning from incarceration back into their communities.
Her leadership has not only transformed the lives of countless individuals but also sparked meaningful change in communities across Texas.
Dr. Kylon Solomon, EdD, brings over a decade of leadership experience in organizational development and strategic management to his role as Board President of Jewel's Comfort Keeper Inc., where he champions the mission of restoring lives and rebuilding communities.
Jenniffer Clemons serves as Director of Operations at Jewel's Comfort Keeper Inc., bringing over 25 years of criminal justice experience to her role, ensuring every program, process, and partnership runs with precision, purpose, and heart.

Rochana Harrison serves as Executive Administrative Finance Coordinator and Treasurer for Jewel's Comfort Keeper Inc., providing the financial oversight and administrative excellence that keeps JCK's mission-driven work moving forward with integrity and accountability.

Jamie Manthe serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Jewel's Comfort Keeper Inc., driving the partnerships, programs, and forward-thinking strategies that position JCK for lasting impact and sustainable growth across North Texas.

As a valued Advisory Board Member, Raquel Wiggs brings her knowledge, passion, and community connections to JCK , helping shape a future where every "Justice Impacted" has a real chance to rebuild and thrive.

Joseph Smith serves as an Advisory Board Member for Jewel's Comfort Keeper Inc., contributing his knowledge and expertise to help strengthen JCK's programs and advance our mission of reintegration and restoration for "Justice Impacted" individuals.

Dr. Maricia Sherman serves as an Advisory Board Member for Jewel's Comfort Keeper Inc., bringing her advanced expertise and scholarly insight to help guide JCK's trauma-informed, holistic approach to reentry and restoration.
