Meet Kimberly D. Caldwell the Founder/CEO, a passionate advocate for second chances and societal reintegration. With a background in Social Work and Mental health Services, Kimberly Caldwell has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christian Counseling/Social Work from Texas Seminary Christian University (TSCU).

Kimberly a Fort Worth Native founded Jewel's Comfort Keeper Inc., in June of 2019. With a mission to foster an environment where those who have been previously convicted and 

incarcerated, can be reintegrated back into their community while receiving the necessary support and charity, to become successful members of society through the values of service, care, respect, responsibility and faith. 

Having witnessed first-hand the challenges faced by returning citizens, Kimberly is dedicated to breaking down barriers to successful reentry. Through innovative programs and strategic partnerships, Jewel's comfort Keeper Inc., provides comprehensive support, including job training, housing assistance, mentorship, and access to essential services.

Driven by the passion of an incarcerated brother, and a vision of a society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, Kimberly leads Jewel's Comfort Keeper Inc., with empathy, determination, and a commitment to social justice by empowering individuals transitioning from incarceration back into their communities.

Her leadership has not only transformed the lives of countless individuals but also sparked meaningful change in communities across Texas.

the criminal justice system.

Her professional journey includes experience in community outreach, clinical assessments, and

program support, ensuring accessible and effective therapeutic services for diverse communities.

Brianna is also the founder of Quiet the Noise and Reclaim Our Strength, a platform dedicated to

dismantling barriers to mental health support in communities of color.

Beyond her work in social services, Brianna has a distinguished background in pageantry, where

she has used her platform to advocate for mental health awareness and community

empowerment. Her dedication to service extends to her military background, where she served in

the U.S. Army.

Brianna brings her expertise in mental health, social work, and community outreach to support

Stephanie Lyon is a Real Estate Broker and proud owner of Texas Roots Realty, based in Mansfield, Texas. With years of experience helping families buy, sell, and lease homes across the DFW area, I’m passionate about guiding people through some of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and care. I lead a growing team of agents and oversee every detail of our transactions, from strategy and marketing to negotiations and compliance, making sure each client gets a personalized and professional experience.

Alongside my real estate career, I serve as a Parole Officer II for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, where I manage a specialized caseload focused on individuals with mental health needs and electronic monitoring. This role has taught me the power of structure, empathy, and communication which are skills I carry into every aspect of my work.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Grand Canyon University and am currently pursuing my MBA, with graduation expected in 2025. I’m also a Certified Notary Public. Whether I’m helping someone find their dream home or supporting someone through a second chance, my mission is simple, lead with purpose, serve with heart, and never stop growing.

As Director of Operations, Jenniffer oversees program development, staff coordination, and the day-to-day execution of services that transform lives. Her extensive background and unwavering commitment to excellence help ensure that JCK’s services remain impactful, relevant, and deeply rooted in purpose.

 Sharon Walton is a devoted servant-leader and passionate advocate for individuals impacted by the justice system. With a servant’s heart and a calling rooted in compassion, Sharon has spent decades pouring her time, energy, and faith into prison and jail ministry. Her mission is clear: to walk alongside those who are seeking a new way of life, offering them hope, healing, and the unwavering love of God.

Since accepting her call into ministry in 1999 under the leadership of Prophet Keith Douglas of Oklahoma, Sharon has faithfully served as a Minister of the Gospel. Her ministry journey has been marked by a deep commitment to transformation, restoration, and the power of grace. She has dedicated much of her time to pre-release ministry, preparing incarcerated individuals for reentry into society with spiritual support, guidance, and encouragement.

Community engagement has been a passion for Kylon throughout his years of working with cities, chambers of commerce, and community-based organizations. Kylon is front and center when volunteers are needed. 

Kylon is an active member of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Inc, the National Association of Square Mile Communities, and a host of other civic organizations. Kylon expertise and processes that empower citizens to be engaged in the development and sustainability of their communities lead him to participate in community programs such as Advertising and promotions, and Economic 

Development. 

Dr. Solomon is a native of Texarkana Arkansas. Dr. Solomon graduated from The University of Central Arkansas, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication; and has earned a Masters in Education Administration from Henderson State University. In 2014 he completed a Doctorate of Education in Community College Leadership from Walden University. Most recently studied Social Media Marketing at New England College of Business 

After graduation, Kylon launched his career in Radio Broadcasting for Clear Channel Radio as an Associate Director of KOSY Praise 790 AM Gospel Radio Station and the President of Operation of Tykoon Studio & Modeling. Under his leadership, KOSY 790 AM became Texarkana’s First 24hr Urban Gospel radio station. There is where he grew his passion for leadership development. Kylon began the fall semester at Henderson State University working on his Masters in Education Administration. Thus starting a career within Education in Higher Education and Public/Charter School (K-12) . Kylon has worked as Math & Science Teacher, Dean of Students, and Computer Technology Teacher totaling seven-year career in education in the Public/Charter School. He has also served as a 

   

Career Transition Director for Little Rock Job Corp and Assistant Director of Housing at Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock Arkansas, Associate Director of Recruitment at University of Texas Arlington, and the Graduate Assistant in Greek/Fraternity Life & Graduate Student Assistant of Enrollment at Texas A&M Texarkana.
