KIMBERLY CALDWELL, BSW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Meet Kimberly D. Caldwell the Founder/CEO, a passionate advocate for second chances and societal reintegration. With a background in Social Work and Mental health Services, Kimberly Caldwell has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christian Counseling/Social Work from Texas Seminary Christian University (TSCU).
Kimberly a Fort Worth Native founded Jewel's Comfort Keeper Inc., in June of 2019. With a mission to foster an environment where those who have been previously convicted and
incarcerated, can be reintegrated back into their community while receiving the necessary support and charity, to become successful members of society through the values of service, care, respect, responsibility and faith.
Having witnessed first-hand the challenges faced by returning citizens, Kimberly is dedicated to breaking down barriers to successful reentry. Through innovative programs and strategic partnerships, Jewel's comfort Keeper Inc., provides comprehensive support, including job training, housing assistance, mentorship, and access to essential services.
Driven by the passion of an incarcerated brother, and a vision of a society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, Kimberly leads Jewel's Comfort Keeper Inc., with empathy, determination, and a commitment to social justice by empowering individuals transitioning from incarceration back into their communities.
Her leadership has not only transformed the lives of countless individuals but also sparked meaningful change in communities across Texas.
DR. KYLON SOLOMON ADVISORY BOARD VICE-CHAIR
Dr. Kylon Solomon, Managing Director of Kapital One Solutions, & Executive Director of IM LIFEE 501(3) Nonprofit.
Dr. Solomon - a Fort Worth resident who came to Texas in the Fall of 2012 to start a career in Higher Education at the University of Texas Arlington has a wealth of knowledge as an educator and small business marketing consultant. Community engagement has been a passion for Kylon throughout his years of working with cities, chambers of commerce, and community-based organizations. Kylon is front and center when volunteers are needed.
Kylon is an active member of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Inc, the National Association of Square Mile Communities, and a host of other civic organizations. Kylon expertise and processes that empower citizens to be engaged in the development and sustainability of their communities lead him to participate in community programs such as Advertising and promotions, and Economic
Development.
Dr. Solomon is a native of Texarkana Arkansas. Dr. Solomon graduated from The University of Central Arkansas, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication; and has earned a Masters in Education Administration from Henderson State University. In 2014 he completed a Doctorate of Education in Community College Leadership from Walden University. Most recently studied Social Media Marketing at New England College of Business
After graduation, Kylon launched his career in Radio Broadcasting for Clear Channel Radio as an Associate Director of KOSY Praise 790 AM Gospel Radio Station and the President of Operation of Tykoon Studio & Modeling. Under his leadership, KOSY 790 AM became Texarkana’s First 24hr Urban Gospel radio station. There is where he grew his passion for leadership development. Kylon began the fall semester at Henderson State University working on his Masters in Education Administration. Thus starting a career within Education in Higher Education and Public/Charter School (K-12) . Kylon has worked as Math & Science Teacher, Dean of Students, and Computer Technology Teacher totaling seven-year career in education in the Public/Charter School. He has also served as a
Career Transition Director for Little Rock Job Corp and Assistant Director of Housing at Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock Arkansas, Associate Director of Recruitment at University of Texas Arlington, and the Graduate Assistant in Greek/Fraternity Life & Graduate Student Assistant of Enrollment at Texas A&M Texarkana.
JENNIFFER CLEMONS DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jenniffer Clemons serves as the Director of Operations for Jewel’s Comfort Keeper, bringing over 25 years of experience in the criminal justice field to the organization’s mission of supporting men returning to the community after incarceration. A proud Dallas native, Jenniffer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and has earned numerous certifications in leadership, training, and organizational development.
As Director of Operations, Jenniffer oversees program development, staff coordination, and the day-to-day execution of services that transform lives. Her extensive background and unwavering commitment to excellence help ensure that JCK’s services remain impactful, relevant, and deeply rooted in purpose.
Jenniffer is not only a skilled administrator but also a passionate advocate for restorative justice and holistic reentry support. Her work reflects a deep belief that transformation is possible when people are given the tools, trust, and opportunity to grow.

DR. MARICIA SHERMAN ADVISORY BOARD
Dr. Maricia Sherman is an esteemed professional characterized by her powerful humble demeanor and unwavering commitment to her faith. As a leading women's counselor and the founder of Intimate Altar Wellness Center, she brings over two decades of dedicated service to the community, leveraging her expertise in Christian Counseling. Her holistic approach to life reflects her deep commitment to God and a desire to inspire positive change in the lives of others.
Renowned as an extraordinarily gifted counselor and fervent faith based leader, Dr. Sherman engages audiences with her dynamic and transparent speaking style. Her influence extends to various media platforms, including features on ABC, CBS, numerous radio and television broadcasts, and recognition as a celebrated Amazon best-selling author. Driven by a profound message of love, wellness, and healing, Dr. Sherman strives to to make a meaningful impact, solidifying her position as a rising voice of inspiration.
In addition to her impactful speaking career, Dr. Sherman is a thriving entrepreneur establishing HerGroove, a faith-based community and merchandising platform. A proud careered registered nurse and spouse of an Air Force veteran, Dr. Sherman dedicates her life to her faith, her husband Phillip, and their beautiful family.
