Our Mission is to foster an environment where those who have been previously incarcerated, can be reintegrated back into their community while receiving the necessary support and charity, in order to become successful members of society through the values of service, care, respect, responsibility and faith.

Jewel's Comfort Keeper Inc. Core values are Integrity, Empowerment, Excellence, and Stewardship.
Our goal is to Transform the Stigma around Men and Women who have previously been incarcerated, by establishing resources and normalcy within their lives through restoration and successful re-entry.

Jewel's Comfort Keeper will provide short-term housing (up to three months) and medium-term (4-24 months) for Offenders on parole or probation and need mandatory supervision, who do not have home plans or a family support system.
Jewel's Comfort Keeper will conduct need assessments to meet the specific needs. These assessments identify various factors such as mental health, substance abuse, educational, vocational, and social needs, to develop a comprehensive support plan for the returning citizen and programming to include, but not limited to employment counseling, placement assistance, job search workshop program, substance abuse education, an adult education/living skills program and special needs assessments.

Jewel's Comfort Keeper provides transportation and employment assistance for returning citizens.
Workforce Development Training Programs: through established partnerships with training academy's and businesses willing to provide career training, pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship training programs.
Reentry Readiness Workshops: focusing on life skills, employment and successful community reintegration.
Career Counselors: guiding individuals through career decisions by assessing skills, interest, and values, assisting with job searches and providing support for career changes, re-entry, or overcoming obstacles like stress or conflict.
Mentorship Programs: Pair returning citizens with mentors who can provide guidance and support to assist them with navigating life after returning to their communities.
Ongoing Support: Offer continuous support services such as counseling, peer support groups, and financial literacy/planning.
Additionally, Jewel's Comfort Keeper collaborate with other Nonprofit Organizations, Service Agencies and Churches with referrals as needed.

Assisting individuals with access to obtain a High School Diploma or GED. Receive Vocational Training, and the support to gain the skill sets that will assist with successful gainful employment.
